The Formosa X Bowrider offers three key entertainment areas. At the bow, the forward cushioned seating with ample storage makes it ideal for the kids to relax. When it’s time to fish, simply remove the cushions, add the casting deck centreboard, and convert it to a spacious fishing deck for you and your mates. The centreboard stows conveniently under the passenger console, ensuring the space remains uncluttered.
For comfortable driving, particularly when venturing offshore, the X Bowrider features a higher dash and two embroidered, high-back contoured Bolster Seats mounted on aluminium storage boxes with hatches. The large driving dash is covered by Formosa’s unique Wake Tower, which comes with an aluminium hardtop visor, three grab rails, and a ski/wake pole welded on top. The tower is designed to fold backwards, making it easier to store the boat. The ‘knuckle’ design features exposed perforated aluminium plates that are ideal for housing speakers, making sure your soundtrack accompanies every adventure.
The large rear deck area of the X Bowrider includes a lounge that can be folded up flush with the transom or removed completely, adding to its versatility.
Standard features on the X Bowrider include a large aluminium bowroller, 32mm handrails, Tow-Catch™ Trailer capabilities, a heavy-duty dive ladder, SeaStar Hydraulic Steering, a moulded fuel tank with sender and filter, automatic bilge pump, transom deck tread, foam-filled hull, electrical harness kit, three cleats, and four aluminium rod holders. The boat also comes finished in white paint with Formosa graphics for a sleek and polished look. For added functionality, consider the popular Full Access ‘Active Transom’ option, which opens up the transom area to create the ultimate water access or an open lounge area.
Formosa boats are renowned for their stability, and the Quad4™ Water Ballast system enhances this even further, particularly in offshore conditions. From March 2023, the Quad4™ Water Ballast system will be included as standard in all new X Bowrider orders.
